Technical Recruiter Manager, Financial Services

Our client is well established Managed IT Services company in lower-Manhattan. They are looking to hire an experienced Technical Recruiter Manager with strong Capital Markets and/or Financial Services experience in New York City.

You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and managing client relationships as well as maintaining and building the staffing and recruitment business within a larger IT consulting firm.
  • Hiring, training, and coaching Recruiters and acts as key contact between the client, the Managed Services team and Upper Management.
  • Developing and builds client relationships 
  • Ensuring that weekly quality and productivity checks (audits) are performed.
  • Ensuring that daily and weekly quotas are met.
  • Assisting in growth and development by expanding client usage through quality staffing and customer service.
  • Learning, performing and managing all aspects of the operations of the company related to recruitment, productivity tracking processes and client established metrics.
  • Hires, onboards, trains, coaches and mentors recruiters.
  • Developing a fully operational and qualified recruitment team by hiring and training employees according to established company guidelines
  • Identifying developmental/career opportunities to ensure staff retention
  • Coaching and counselling associates on behavioral and performance issues, document and take corrective action as necessary..
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of managing a technical recruitment and staffing team.
  • ATS experience required.  
  • Must be able to manage a large req volume in a fast paced environment
  • Prioritization skills are required as well as the ability to be flexible should priorities change quickly
  • Must be skilled in direct sourcing - LinkedIn, Internet searches, etc.
  • Strong client management skills required. 
  • Previous experience meeting weekly, monthly and annual goals and developing additional strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Prior technical recruiting experience required (software developers, QA, project managers, etc).
